Care a Lot Spa Cancellation Policy:
- Therapists could cancel an appointment 24 hours ahead of time.
- Therapist could cancel an appointment on the same day or on appointment time due to extreme emergency conditions such as feeling sick, emergencies, etc.
- Care a Lot Spa also reserves the right to cancel the appointment on the same day due to emergency situations that may arise due to the building facility, lake flooding, parking lot with water, etc.
If we cancel your appointment, we will try to let you know as soon as possible through text or email. We will refund 100% of the service fee if we cancel the service.
